Holocaust Education Resources

This site is aimed at teachers and students of the Holocaust. Increasing numbers of people are learning about the Holocaust in schools and universities. This is a unique site because it is based on material from survivors and refugees from the Holocaust, held in the archives of the Centre for German-Jewish Studies at the University of Sussex. The archives are broad-based: personal and family papers of German-Jewish refugees from the Nazis in the 1930s; and of the art works and personal papers of Arnold Daghani, a survivor of the Holocaust. The site is divided into sections based on a model of Holocaust education derived from the interdisciplinary Holocaust course at the University of Sussex. Our intention is to enable you to find archive material relevant to particular aspects of your study of the Holocaust. [self-description]
